As it turns out…
…watercolors are alright. Here are a few more cards I worked on last night and today.

And the Card-Making Begins…
I finally realized that I am losing time for this trunk show on the 29th since I will be out of town for Thanksgiving so I finally got some materials today and got moving! Check it:

2 cards in the trash, feeling defeated and 1.5 hours later, I made 2 successful cards! Phewww!
Realizations:
- Watercolor is NOT my friend
- I have a lot of materials that I do not know how to use properly
- I should never be allowed to use spray adhesive or really spray anything as my fingers are pretty much stuck together at this point
- I LOVE letter stamps because it’s really hard to mess that up

Handmade Greeting Cards
So I am going to be a part of trunk show at the studio where I teach yoga called One to One Health. The last sale I did was the Artisan’s sale and as much as I loved what I produced, having bulky furniture to transport around is not fun, so I’m thinking of keeping it smaller scale. I’m thinking more pillows, maybe some t-shirts, a small table or 2 and I have been getting really into the handmade greeting cards. Pretty fitting for the holiday season. Of course before I start any project, I need to get inspiration.
I love these corky greeting cards. Look at the hand stitching on the bottom left robot. Do you know that I love robots?! They remind me of my brother, I don’t know why.
Here are some 3 dimensional greeting cards. Lohuve the birds on the top left <3
I will for sure get some recycled cards like these cardboard looking cards.
And the dandelions are my favorite, like one of my paintings. The snail and whale both have hand stitched trails! How cute is that?!
Alright let me know what you think since I have the time now to think of what I am doing and will take any requests or recommendations.
